Service Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only if the service did not meet the agreed-upon quality or was not performed according to the service agreement.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 48 hours after the service is completed.

Process for Refund Requests:

To request a refund, please email us at info.prcpro@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your name and contact information.

  2. The date of service.

  3. A clear description of the issue.

We will promptly review your request and, if necessary, arrange for a re-service or issue a refund.

Resolution Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of an approved request.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method with no additional fees.

Conditions for Re-Service or Refunds

A re-service or refund will be provided if:

  • The issue is clearly identified and attributed to our cleaning process.

  • The request is made within the specified 48-hour window.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Dissatisfaction caused by conditions outside the scope of the service agreement.

  • Areas or items explicitly excluded from the cleaning service during booking.

Refunds for Cleaning Supplies or Products

Eligibility:

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered cleaning products.

  • Products unsealed due to health or hygiene reasons.

Gift Certificates

  • If marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to the recipient, refunds will be issued as a gift credit.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
